Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for or using any service provided by boss96. By creating an account or placing a wager you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and wager on boss96. Age verification may be required at any time.
Each individual may hold only one active boss96 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements and expiry dates. Misuse of bonus funds — including multi-accounting — results in forfeiture.
All wagers, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). boss96 does not accept third-party payments.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. boss96 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your own negligence.
Self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session controls are available at all times. boss96 reserves the right to apply limits or close accounts where problem gambling is suspected.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between boss96 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and each registered user ("Member", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the services available at boss96.one, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, slots, Fisher Game, Blackjack, and all related features.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
boss96 is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or above. boss96 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If we determine that a Member is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the payment source to the extent possible.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of boss96 is lawful in your jurisdiction. boss96 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in any specific country. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at the Member's own risk and may result in account closure.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
Each individual may hold only one registered boss96 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — to obtain multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent any restriction is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your boss96 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. boss96 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account Security settings. boss96 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
All bets, transactions, and account changes made using your credentials are deemed to have been made by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify boss96 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support. boss96 will take reasonable steps to assist with investigation but cannot reverse completed transactions that were authorised at the time of processing.
An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. boss96 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 to dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs, once the balance drops to zero no further fee is applied. Members will receive notice before dormancy fees commence.
boss96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. boss96 does not accept cash, money orders, or payments from third parties.
Deposits via e-wallets (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your boss96 wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon cleared funds, typically within 1 business hour during standard banking hours. boss96 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Standard withdrawal processing time is within the same business day for Bronze and Silver VIP members. Gold and Diamond VIP members receive priority processing. boss96 reserves the right to conduct identity and source of funds verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding RM 10,000.
boss96 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under its international gaming authority licence. boss96 may request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds where required by regulatory obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Promotional bonuses, including the Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, and free spins, are available to eligible registered Members only. boss96 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion and to modify or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method applies.
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus credit date, after which any unmet bonus and associated winnings will be voided.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%; live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo) contribute 20%; sports betting wagers contribute at rates specified in the applicable promotion. Boss96 may exclude specific games from contributing toward any promotion's rollover at its discretion.
Behaviour designed to exploit bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies intended to fulfil rollover with minimal variance — may be classified as bonus abuse. boss96 reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold associated winnings, or close accounts where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred.
All wagers placed on boss96 are final once confirmed. boss96 reserves the right to void any wager where a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction has occurred, and to refund the stake to the Member's wallet. Decisions made by live dealers in the live casino are final subject to applicable gaming regulations. Sportsbook results are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body.
boss96 sets minimum and maximum bet limits on a per-game basis. These limits are displayed within each game lobby and may be adjusted by boss96 at any time. VIP Members at Gold and Diamond tier have access to higher table limits on selected live casino games.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through boss96's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under our licensing authority's applicable rules.

Continued use of boss96 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
